Our Story
Bloom began as a small idea to create a space where people could gather for great food and good company. Rooted in East London, Bloom shares its heritage with Pie Republic, known for its comforting, handcrafted pies, and Cookies & Cream, our sister dessert brand famous for indulgent cookie doughs and milkshakes. Together, they bring a balance of comfort, creativity, and sweetness to every visit.
